SIGNATURE BREAKFAST 

Our à la Carte Breakfast is available from 7.30am till 11.30am

PEACOCK BAR

The Barman is available at all times to provide you with refreshing drinks and delicious cocktails until 12.00 pm.

A fine dining menu is available from 12.00 to 9.30 pm.

 

MAREA WELLNESS 

An oasis of calm and relaxation. Indulge and rejuvenate your senses through a real wellness program: finnish sauna, steam bath, emotional shower, bucket shower, Kneipp path and relax zone.

Check-out time is before 11.30 a.m.

ROOM SERVICE

Room service is available from 7.30am to 9.30pm. The room service menu is at your disposal in the bar corner drawer. To require room service, please call the reception (ext. 9#).

 

LATE NIGHT SNACK

From 9.30pm to 7.30am, it is possible to require a late night snack. The late night snack menu is at your disposal in the bar corner drawer. Please call the reception (ext. 9#)

 

TURNDOWN SERVICE 

Early in the evening, the housekeeping staff offers a turndown service.

If you do NOT wish having the service, please leave the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign on the outside doorknob.

 

LAUNDRY SERVICE

Please contact the reception if you have some clothes to wash and/or iron. Please leave your laundry on the bed in the laundry bag for the maid to collect before 12.00am. You will receive your freshly cleaned laundry in at least 24 hours. Laundry bags as well as the price list are in your main wardrobe.

 

WAKE UP

Not to miss your early start in the day, let us wake you up in the morning. 

Please contact the reception (ext. 9#) to place your wake-up call.

 

TAXI 

Please contact our reception team to book it for you.

Water taxis are available 24 hours through our concierge or from the local water taxi stands. 

 

CONCIERGE

The concierge team is dedicated to ensuring that each guest is able to unlock the very best of Venice. Whether organizing a trip to explore the majestic landscape, reserving tickets, or arranging transportation, they take pleasure in divulving the city’s secrets. 

 

DOCTOR

If you need medical care, the reception team can arrange an appointment for you at a surgery near the hotel or we can call for a doctor to examine you.

 

BABY SITTER

A professional baby sitter will take care of your children. Please ask the front desk for details and rate.
